Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our operation in Baltimore, Maryland. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS Monday – Friday, except on major holidays. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days.

During the months of June through August we will only ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure your candle does not melt in transit. Ice packs may be used.

A tracking number will be emailed to you after placing your order.

Signature confirmation required on any order totaling $100 or more.

International Orders and U.S. Territories

We currently do not offer shipping internationally or to U.S Territories. We only ship to the continental US.
